    BFiT – Lifestyle CrossFit

    CrossFit is a fitness program for everyone – regardless of age or ability – who is interested in improving fitness. CrossFit provides noticeable and positive results. CrossFit treats every participant as an athlete, and seeks to challenge that athlete with a constantly changing program featuring a wide range of functional movements performed at high intensity through a variety of modalities.

    CrossFit develops and maintains one’s ability to engage in the activities that improve and extend the quality of life. CrossFit has very broad appeal and is easily adaptable to men and women from every walk of life. It is popular with military, law enforcement, and firefighters, but there are plenty of others, from kids, to senior citizens, who CrossFit regularly. They do so to improve their ability to perform basic functions of their professions or their personal lives.

    The CrossFit program offers balance, as well as, offers measurable improvements in endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, and accuracy. CrossFit is characterized by “high intensity.” However, everything in CrossFit is scaled to the age and ability of the individual participant.

    A Crossfit session is maximum 60 minutes and focuses on the Workout of the Day (WOD) as posted on the BFiT website or on the WODIFY athlete app. Each work out consists of a warm up, movement instructions, demonstration and work out.

  • BFiT - Cardio Kickboxing

    BFiT – Cardio Kickboxing

    This is a group fitness session that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. You will have fun with these challenging workouts that focus on building stamina and lean muscles, improving coordination and flexibility while strengthen your core. A cardio kickboxing session runs 60 minutes and will burn calories and challenge your concentration. Half the battle is mental.

    BFiT – Open Gym

    Ideal for those who want to follow their own programming and require little to no supervision.

    Our gym area is located in a separate room, away from the group sessions, and we limit the attendance to ensure that each user has plenty of space to themself.

    BFiT – Stretch Mobility

    Vinyasa-style yoga mixed with yin focusing on improving your mobility, flexibility, building physical and mental strength to support your workouts and assisting with how to breath. Stretching is extremely helpful in reducing your recovery time and lowering your risk of injury.

    BFiT – Home Workout Training

    We created a training program for those of us with kids, busy schedules and/or who’s work environment has changed. This program is designed for someone who wants to workout at home and has no access to equipment, some equipment and/or odd objects. It includes access to a coach daily and 6 days of 30 to 40-minute workouts.

    BFiT – Intense

    This is a high intensity functional training session focusing on cardio, endurance and developing strength. This work out will include a combination of resistance & weight training, running, rowing, biking and body weight exercises. Be prepared to breathe hard and sweat.
